An International Virtual Conference organized by the General Secretariat for International Economic Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the General Secretariat for Justice & Human Rights of the Ministry of Justice and the General Secretariat for Gender Equality of the Ministry of Labor & Social Affairs.
Requirements
Our solution
Due to Covid-19 restrictions of physical presence, we had the request to find the best way to make this event happen in less than 30 days.
After a lot of brainstorming with our teams we end up to a solution to combine webinar platform with streaming technology equipment to a customized web site to achieve the maximum attendance from all over the world.
The need was seven speakers appearing simultaneously in the screen with specific placement while the moderator gives the floor to everyone one.
We used E2 video server with multiple inputs to handle more than 10 inputs, while the total number of speakers were more than 20.
The need to have the agenda appeared in the live page and have the ability to scroll searching the speakers timetable.
We used OneZero agenda plugin at the right side of the live page, a separated scroll bar and customized dimensions following the design guide rules the we were given.
We knew that a big percent of the attendees would watch through mobile devices, so all the functions should be shown clearly.
This case study demonstrated how OneZero's engineers contributed to the achievement of the event vision, aims and objectives using an integrated approach focusing on responsive design, right agenda plugin and follow the design guidelines.
Avoid any mistakes and be proactive of what can go wrong during Live stream, as at least 3 Prime Ministers were participating.
Knowing our capabilities we had to ensure that no accidents may occur during the Live Stream. Our actions were to cover all the unwanted accidents by installing a power generator and an extra 4G antenna to our premises to ensure the third party failures. After covering them all the rest were our daily job.
Results:
OneZero engineers created the unique customized design. New plugins that could be used with ease from every device.
