The use of ballots was one of the major assets
The ballot plugin were generated by our team. There were more than 10 candidates and you could select the name you wish by adding a check point in front of the name. The results could be automatically generated with ease.
QnAs with like function was asked to eliminate the QnAs time needed.
The new QnA plugin used the like function enriched with the selection filter, newest of more liked was a great success. Attendees could see all the questions published to the live page and could scroll to see all the questions. A message that a question just published helped also. Finally, all the questions were handled by the host page to give the best experience to the speakers and attendees.
Polls and their results must appear the right time.
The polls plugin was generated with pop-up technology to ensure the visibility of all attendees while the results appeared in the live video frame. Synchronization is a matter -to handle the live stream delay about 15sec is always a problem- but not for us. Our team took all the congrats for the perfect and no-delays flow. The process was super easy to attend with immediate results and no delays.
Results:
With a 100% of all attendees participated in the ballots and polls the result was amazing. No delays, easy process with clear graphics give OneZero another credit.
