OneZero partnered with APG to host three-day hybrid conference wich included more than 90 participants and more than 500 attendees.

The hybrid events are not so easy. Attention is needed in both worlds, inside the room and handling the virtual audience.
Our team made a magnificent job, live physical registration, web registration with company codes needed for guests. room participant counting with their QR invitation, make all attendees feel more engaged. Following the live sessions, virtual attendees were also able to ask any presenter through our QnA plugin. All questions were handled from the host in order to be presented to each session president. More then 90 speakers presented in the three-days conference and more than the half were virtual. Analytics, number of attendees per speech were also reported.
Certification of attendance
For physical and virtual attendees the time of attendance were captured in order to create their certification of attendance. After the end of the hybrid conference the certification was automatically generated and sent to all attendees mail address.
Results:
In Covid-19 times, we provide an additional way to participate in a big-scale event.
We had more than 500 attendees which led the Pulse 2021 to a great success.
